Campus Involvement

Alpha Xi Delta's aren't just sorority women, but we strive to get involved in clubs and other organizations. We believe the more you strengthen your skill set of time management and other extra extracurriculars, the better you can become not only within our sorority but as growing and evolving woman.

Lizzy Tracy

RA within the Resident Life and Housing

How long have you been in that organization: 1 Semester

What do you do: I'm a Resident Assistant for Maple Hall, and I make sure my residents are doing well. I also host social programs and community wishes for the Woods Community.

What made you get into it: One of my fellow RCs invited me to apply to be an RA when she found out I was living on campus, and she said I would be really good at it. I put in my application and was accepted! I love working with my residents and being in a community of like-minded people who want to learn.

Lizzy Tracy

Member of Rainbow  Alliance

How long have you been in that organization: 1 Semester

What do you do: I attend meetings where we learn more about what it means to be in the LGBTQ+ community as well as lift each other up. I also help spread the word about upcoming Rainbow events to other people on campus.

What made you get into it: I wanted to find a community of like-minded people while I was an RC, and I've never left since. I enjoy being able to share and learn more about LGBTQ+ history and hang out with the friends I've made in the club.
