Welcome! Alpha Xi Delta inspires women to realize their potential by providing opportunities for sisterhood, leadership, knowledge, and service.

Since our founding in 1893, we have grown into a strong organization consisting of more than 175,000 initiated members. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, Alpha Xi Delta worked to raise money for the Kindly Hearts Campaign to aid those affected by the global pandemic, with the Zeta Theta Chapter having a local focus on the Kettering Backpack Program during the 2021-2022 academic year. However, on May 3rd, 2022, our new philanthropic focus of supporting children experiencing foster care or homelessness through the Kindly Hearts Initiative, and the Zeta Theta Chapter will be working locally with For Love of Children!
